SHADOWS FALL, TRIVIUM, MACHINE HEAD Members Take Part In 'Blind Contest'
February 11, 2008Brian Fair (SHADOWS FALL),Matt Heafy (TRIVIUM) and Phil Demmel (MACHINE HEAD) took part in a "Blind Test/Contest" with the Italian branch of Roadrunner Records on December 6, 2007 at the Milan stop of the The Black Crusade tour. Watch the nine-minute clip below.
SHADOWS FALL will perform in the Philippines for the first time ever on Saturday, March 15 at Avenue Hall in Makati (Manila). Part of the proceeds from the concert will go to Diether Ocampo's K.I.D.S. Foundation. Tickets are available at all Odyssey record stores or directly from PULP Magazine.
In a recent interview with Revolver magazine, TRIVIUM guitarist Corey Beaulieu stated about the group's upcoming CD — which is due later in the year via Roadrunner Records — "We want to capture the best ingredients of everything we've done. Each song has a little bit of everything, going between something heavy and then melodic, and then back to something heavy. So it has a really interesting balance. On 'The Crusade', Matt did almost all singing, so this time we're bringing back some of the screaming that's on 'Ascendancy'."
